Option one: come to our Westerpark studio
For smaller teams, or for new hires joining through the year, our studio in Amsterdam West works well. It is quiet, focused and ready to go.
We use natural daylight and professional studio flash, so every portrait matches whatever the weather outside. We keep your setup on file for future hires.
Option two: we come to your office
For larger teams, we bring a full portable studio to you. We set up in a meeting room, and each person needs only about ten minutes away from their desk.
We travel across the whole Netherlands, and to other European countries on request. Rotterdam, Utrecht, Eindhoven or a regional office are all normal days for us.
How to prepare your team
Share a short brief before the shoot. Tell people what to wear, whether the look is formal or relaxed, and when their time slot is.
Solid colours work best. Ask people to avoid thin stripes and small checks, because those patterns can flicker on screens.
Glasses are fine. We adjust the angle of the light so reflections stay out of the lenses.
Give people a mirror and a few minutes before their turn. A quick check of hair and collar saves time in editing.
After the shoot
Everyone picks their favourite photo from a private online gallery. Edited photos arrive within 5 working days, sized for your website, LinkedIn and email signatures.
